# 多要素認証（MFA）を有効にする方法

Exploratory では、ログイン時の多要素認証（MFA）をサポートしています。デフォルトでは無効のため、アカウント設定で多要素認証を有効にしてください。

有効にしたあとは、ログイン時に認証アプリ（Google Authenticator、Microsoft Authenticator など）に表示される 6 桁のコードを入力します。QR コードを認証アプリで読み取って登録してください。

認証アプリが手元にないときは、ログイン時の多要素認証の画面で、登録済みのメールアドレスに確認コードを送ることもできます。このメールの確認コードが、認証アプリを使えない場合の代わりの手段になります。
