Windows環境でExploratoryをインストールしたり、アップグレードした際、Exploratoryの起動時に Operation not permitted. Please check file permissions and try again. というエラーが表示され、Exploratoryを起動できないことがあります。
多くの場合、こちらはExploratoryのレポジトリに対する権限が足りないことで生じています。
そのため、Exploratoryのレポジトリに適切な権限を付与することで問題は解決します。
